How does it work?

Employers: Contact us provide us with your candidate profile and we will do the recruitment and screening for you. You will receive a list of candidates suited to fill the job requirements.

Candidates: Complete your profile in the job seekers portal to begin the matching process.

Will I talk to a person or is it all online service?

We do use technology for our processes, however you will be assigned to a personal recruiter if you are a candidate. Employer clients will be assigned to a personal talent management analyst.

Do you only work with large corporations?

We work with various business sizes ranging from small business owners seeking a single assistant to large corporations seeking executive level employees.

Do you fill only permanent full time positions?

We will do temporary positions (up to 90 days), part time positions and full-time positions.
